Pin Wheel Wreath Revisited

I posted how to make a pinwheel wreath last summer and it got a great response, so I decided to post it again for my newer followers. This is still one of my favorite wreaths. I hope you enjoy it!

Materials needed:
Styrofoam wreath form
Yarn or ribbon to cover your wreath form
Scrapbook paper
Toothpicks--1 per pinwheel
Pony beads and foam beads
Glue

For each pinwheel you will need two 6 inch squares of paper. My wreath has 6 pinwheels.
Glue the squares together so both sides are decorative.
Cut each corner toward the center, leaving a 3/4 inch square in the middle.

Fold half of each corner toward the middle and glue in place.

Let the glue dry and pierce an even hole through the center using a hole punch or a push pin.

Wrap your wreath with yarn or ribbon.

Insert toothpicks evenly around the front of the wreath and slide one pony bead over each toothpick.

Slide a pinwheel onto each toothpick and cover with a foam bead.

Hang your wreath on its own or loop a piece of ribbon to hang it.

Enjoy your fun door decor!
