A while back my brilliant and crafty friend Jen made an adorable art display from a piece of lumber and some binder clips. I knew I had to copy her. I had an art display at our apartment made from clothes line and clothes pins that the kids adored. It was a great place to show off their masterpieces. When we moved it never got put back up, so this was a much needed project.
To make the display I painted an old slat from one of the kids' bunk beds and hot glued colored binder clips that I got on clearance at Target. I broke in my new Cricut for the saying above the slat. I learned a very important lesson making this: Transfer paper is a MUST when using vinyl. You have no idea how many times I repositioned those stinking letters!
I hung the Munchkin Museum of Art in the kitchen so we can admire the beautiful works of art while we eat. The kids had it filled up the first 5 minutes!
What place of honor would you put your art display?
