My scale is broken, so I have no idea how much I weigh. My pants still fit the same, so I'm pretty sure I am just maintaining. Have I been crafting? Yes I have. Have I been doing cardio? Ummmm....not so much. I could use the excuse of it being summer and the kids want to play, the baby is teething, and I am exhausted, but I'll tell the truth: I've just been lazy. However, my poor hubby has been feeling crummy lately and the doc said it is because he needs a lower-fat and higher fiber diet. This is motivation for me to start cooking healthier meals and with the food the cardio will follow. I hope you are all doing better than me!
